at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Security
deposit of $500 due with balance.
RESERVATIONS made 30 days or less
prior to scheduled arrival require full payment at booking with no refunds
for cancellations.
CHECK-IN is after 3 PM. CHECKOUT
is by 10 AM unless otherwise specified.
CANCELLATIONS: a deposit forfeiture
of 25% of the rental amount will apply to cancellations received more than
30 days prior to scheduled arrival and a complete deposit forfeiture will
apply to cancellations received 30 days or less before scheduled arrival.
RULES: NO SMOKING, NO PETS. Maximum
occupancy is 8 people. Maximum occupancy includes day guests. In other
words, if 7 people are staying at the cottage, you may have one additional
guest for the day. No fires on the property or the beach. Cottage will
be as clean when you leave as it was when you checked in. Otherwise, security
deposit will be forfeited.
ANY OR ALL RULE VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A
FORFEITURE OF THE SECURITY DEPOSIT
