Policies
|
CHECK-IN - 3 PM, CHECK-OUT by 11 AM.
PAYMENT - Room must be paid in full
at registration with cash, credit card or Traveler's checks. No personal
checks are accepted at check-in. When paying in cash, we may require a
credit card imprint for incidental charges, damage or excessive cleanup.
RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS - One
night deposit required in advance, credited to last day reserved. Balance
on arrival. Room is only guaranteed for days prepaid. Early departure is
treated as last minute cancellation.
CANCELLATIONS - If received 10 days
prior to confirmed arrival date - full refund less $10 cancellation
fee. If cancellation is received less than 10 days prior, every effort
will be made to re-rent the room. If the room is rented, a full refund
less the $10 cancellation fee. Otherwise, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
RATES ARE FOR 2 PEOPLE IN A ROOM
- Additional people are $10-$15 each, regardless of age. Higher rates apply
during peak times. Maximum 4 people per room.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES
NO COOKING APPLIANCES ARE ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ANY ROOM
Violation of No Smoking, No Pets
or No Cooking policies will result in immediate eviction and a minimum
of $200 cleaning charge.
